Open License for Icons and Tutorials

1. Definitions. 

   1. "Work" refers to the Transmin Mineral Processing Icon Library, tutorials, and any associated materials provided on flowsheets.org. 

   2. "Derived Works" are new creations based on or incorporating part or all of the Work.

2. Grant of Rights. This license grants any person obtaining a copy of the Work the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and create Derived Works based on the Work, for any purpose, without restriction, provided that the following conditions are met: 

   1. Distribution of the original Work must retain this license and a reference to flowsheets.org. 

   2. Derived Works do not need to be licensed under the same terms and do not require attribution.

3. Icon Library and Tutorials. The Transmin Mineral Processing Icon Library and all tutorials provided on flowsheets.org may be freely used and incorporated into any projects, commercial or non-commercial.

4. Distribution. Distribution of the icon library or any tutorials in their original form should include this license and a reference to flowsheets.org.

5. New Contributions. Any new icons donated to the project will automatically fall under this same license.

6. No Warranty. The Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

7. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Work or the use or other dealings in the Work.

8. Acceptance By using, copying, modifying, or distributing the Work, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
